These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) govern your use of the Trendlica mobile application (com.trendlica.miningapp) and related services operated by TRENDX LABS (“Trendlica”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Trendlica provides AI-assisted cryptocurrency market signals, technical analysis content, and subscription-based premium features. The app is an information tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Trendlica. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@trendlica.com.
Trendlica offers optional paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play, including:
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the store at the time of renewal. Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (App Store → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Free trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are displayed in the app and in the store before purchase.
The free plan may include limited access to signals and advertisements (e.g. Google AdMob). On iOS, personalized ads may use the advertising identifier only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.

The app, branding, content and software are owned by TRENDX LABS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Payments, sign-in, hosting, market data and advertising may involve third parties (Apple, Google, exchanges, ad networks). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable or uninterrupted. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENDX LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY SIGNAL OR ANALYSIS.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account). Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and/or in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Trendlica’yı kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında (veya bulunduğunuz ülkede reşit yaşta) olmalısınız.
Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altındaki tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz kullanımı support@trendlica.com adresine bildirin.
Trendlica, Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden isteğe bağlı ücretli abonelikler sunar:
Ödeme: Satın alma onayında Apple ID veya Google Play hesabınıza yansır. Yenileme: Abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem sonuna 24 saat kala hesabınıza yansıtılır; tutar mağazada gösterilen güncel fiyattır. Yönetim: Abonelikleri cihaz hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz (App Store → Abonelikler veya Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler). Deneme: Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, abonelik satın alındığında kullanılmayan deneme süresi düşer.

Uygulama, marka, içerik ve yazılım TRENDX LABS veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı bir lisans verilir.
Ödeme, giriş, barındırma, piyasa verisi ve reklam hizmetleri üçüncü tarafları içerebilir (Apple, Google vb.). Bu hizmetlerin kendi şartları geçerlidir.
UYGULAMA VE İÇERİK “OLDUĞU GİBİ” SUNULUR. Sinyallerin doğru, kârlı veya kesintisiz olacağına dair garanti verilmez. Geçmiş performans gelecek sonuçları garanti etmez.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuç zararlarından TRENDX LABS sorumlu tutulamaz.
Şart ihlalinde erişim askıya alınabilir. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil).
Bu Şartlar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada ve/veya uygulamada duyurulur.
